The process is collaborative. Career coaching sits at the centre of the work: I ask targeted questions, draw out the examples that matter, and help you shape them into documents and interview answers that are clear, credible and role-specific.

You stay in control of your story. My role is to help you express it clearly, professionally and in your own voice.
